Purchase of Statement of Results
If you have lost or misplaced your PSLE, GCE ‘N’, GCE ‘O’ or GCE ‘A’ level certificate(s), simply drop by at our Customer Service Centre, call our Call Centre or e-mail us to request to purchase a copy of your statement of results.
You will be required to come down to our Service Centre to make the purchase. Please bring along your NRIC as well as S$10 for each statement that you require. If you are unable to collect the statement of results yourself and would like to appoint someone to collect it on your behalf, please furnish your proxy with a Letter of Authorisation. Your proxy should also bring along your original NRIC as well as his/her original NRIC when purchasing the statement of results.
You can also request to purchase the statement of results by mailing in the application form. The application form should be accompanied by a crossed cheque payable to ‘Accountant General, Singapore’ and a photocopy of both sides of your NRIC. Please note that an additional charge of S$2 (per local address) and S$5 (per overseas address) will be levied if you wish to have the statement mailed to you or the intended recipient.
Please download the application forms to purchase the statement of results and mail the completed form to:

Please note that statements of results for examinations taken prior to 1975 will require a waiting period of three weeks as the results would have to be extracted from our archives in Singapore or Cambridge. Statements of results for examinations taken after 1975 (1976 for PSLE) are available immediately.

No, there isn’t a replacement for the certificate. The pupil may purchase a “Statement of Results” from the Ministry of Education Customer Service Centre at 1 North Buona Vista Drive, Singapore 138675. The operating hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mon-Fri) and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (Sat). The contact number is 6872-2220. The “Statement of Results” costs S$10.00 per copy. A levy of S$2.00 and S$5.00 will be charged for postage to local addresses and overseas addresses respectively.
