我Spass 5年合约差一年没满，现在想辞职换工作，但是老板不割准证，走不了，辞职信也交了，想请律师帮忙辞职，愿意付违约金，想请内行人指点这不值得请律师。。。
试试自己取消。http://www.mom.gov.sg/services-f … ine.aspx#registeredmom咨询过，自己没权利取消准证，只可以公司去取消看你合同怎么写的咯。一般合同都有说明违约金的问题雇主没权阻止员工辞职，但是可以不割准证。。。这是很明显的法律漏洞:L今天咨询律师了，我的合同是无效的，新加坡的合同要么英文，要么中英文，光中文的合同无效，所以不必遵守对哦！！！无效的话，你就走了好咯。如搞到雇主去mom报失踪就不太理想。

If this fails, write to MOM with proof (eg resignation letter) that you are no longer working for the ex-employer.
