应该可以withdraw,但钱退不了。
为什么要撤回？
怎样做？我是线下申请的。发email 可以吗？ 怕把以后再申请的路给堵了，或是对以后PR renew 有影响。要亲自去么？还是发email 就好。
发个伊妹儿说由于各种各样的原因， you would like to withdraw your SC application which submitted on which day, write down your application ID, name,etc. I am sure your application status will become WITHDRAWN after a few days. I dont think it will affect your PR renewal or re-apply SC in the future if you are qualified and meet the requirement.

ICA会给你发email, confirm your application withdraw…..
我是线下的，那个功能试过，说no matching record?但旁边也有一个withdraw button, 点那个管用么？（试了，不管用）估计那个只对线上的管用。
