想给老婆申请公民，请问应选择以下哪一项比较容易, 谢谢
1. a person reside in Singapore of or over the age of 21 years OR
2. a person who is married to a citizen of Singapore

基本条件如下
老婆: PR超过11年, 从2011年起辞职在家照顾小孩
老公: 新公民5年
小孩: 男孩, 公民
