需要，有限公司的话秘书公司可以帮你做，无限公司的话去注册局$50就注册了！

我也不是很清楚，好像新加坡要求是公司进口都要申请。像现在我用的是门到门的拼箱海运，不用自己申请，但是不知道会不会不好入账。还在研究中，有清楚的同学请指教一下。
你需要申请import license ，进什么样货申请什么样的LICENSE， 涉及食品的可以问AVA, processed food import license 是免费的。 license 有效期为一年，有了IMPORT LICENSE 你每次进货有IMPORT PERMIT 即可。
在申请IMPORT LICENSE 前，需有个公司，然后activate your UEN with the Singapore Customs (SC) 。 截取了下面一段话给你，希望对你有帮助
1) You must be a company or business that is registered in Singapore with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
