我最近刚问ICA同样的问题，回复如下：
If the applicant had renewed her passport recently while holding a valid Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) card with us, please provide us with big and clear images of the applicant’s new passport’s bio-data page (full page including the barcode at the bottom of the page and the applicant’s photograph), LTVP card (front) and local sponsor’s NRIC (front) so that we may verify and update our records. Please provide the images in jpeg or doc format; you may provide the images through this email. The updating is not available on the self-service web-portal.
After the new passport details had been updated, the applicant may continue to utilize her current LTVP card to facilitate her entry/exit and stay in Singapore within the validity of the current LTVP card, together with the new passport.
At all times, please ensure that the applicant has a valid stay while in Singapore.
