H两天了，上一个交易日14M的量，而且是大涨，有很多人contra杀进去了，如果明天可交易的话会有无数人被强卖。
我没子弹了，只能看着你们去抢打折货。

0.48不能买，超过了10个价位。我输了下一个0.490，0.495，0.500，0.505在那里排着。
你说480还是价高了呀？可是就连480也不行呀，超过了规定的10个价位了。
如果消息不是很好，就不看好他，不买了。

The Board of Directors of C2O Holdings Limited (the “Board”) is pleased to announce that the
Company had on 7 September 2009 entered into a conditional placement agreement (the
“Placement Agreement”) with Kim Eng Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. (the “Placement Agent”),
pursuant to which the Company will place up to 128,000,000 new ordinary shares in the share
capital of the Company (the “Placement Shares”) with the Placement Agent at an issue price
of S$0.4688 (the “Placement Price”) for each Placement Share (the “Placement”). Subject to

best efforts basis, to procure subscription and payment for the Placement Shares. Stamford

The Placement Price represents a discount of approximately 10.0% to the volume weighted
average price of S$0.5207 of the Company’s shares traded on the Catalist of the Singapore
Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST”) for the full market day of 2 September
2009 (being the market day preceding the time the Placement Agreement was signed) up to
the time of the Company’s trading halt on 3 September 2009. The Placement Shares
represent up to approximately 46.4% of the issued and paid up share capital of the Company
as at the date of this announcement. The Placement Shares represent up to approximately
31.7% of the enlarged issued and paid up share capital of the Company after the Placement.
The Company does not hold any treasury shares.

这个股玩的是conter-contra，基本面都不用看，成批次的contra holder会被强卖，然后市场会overreact，造成价格偏离价值，这时候进场很好赚钱啊~
我在CNA学的这招，今天如果sino-env给面子涨点儿的话把它卖了，来做一笔conter-contra~~~
