I have changed employment after submitting my SPR application/receiving my SPR approval. Will it affect the status of my SPR application?
Answer: If your SPR application is still under processing, please submit your new work pass togther with the Annex A (to be filled up by your new employer) for our c**ideration.If your SPR application has been approved, please submit your new work pass together with EP152 (to be filled up by your new employer) for our c**ideration.

终于不用瞎猜了
感谢楼主的帖子。。。是否需要以前老板出示一个证明说你何时离职啊？
不用，当你离职时，前公司HR会先把你的准证CANCEL，然后会有个STVP，30天左右，这些东西都会有记录的。但是我觉得这些东西最好都要复印备份几份。
