如题，申请ep之后注册公司的时候要办理一个自己公司的银行账户，请问一定要一个新公民作为股东一起去申请么？？急急急！~ 请各位兄弟姐妹指点迷津！~

现在就是全弄好了，然后要去银行开户，但是说需要一个新公民去一起办理这个是什么原因呀~

就是说现在去银行申请就可以了么？ 本人去就可以了是么？ 然后办理了户口就可以拿卡了吧？
有公司经理的签名，授权，秘书都可以办理的。您要是 公司的经理，直接去银行办理是没有问题的， 记得代公司的注册文件 。
