我在mom的网站上看到必须在7天内交还签证，然后从雇佣关系终止之日开始就不应该在待在新加坡，是这样吗？因为有的地方看到可以待一个月。请大侠指点！

你交还EP证之后，应该会给你一张白卡，允许你在境逗留一个月，用于办手续买机票或者找新的工作。一个月满必须离境，或者未满一个月但离境，白卡就作废了。
