任何年龄段都不需要服兵役，男性二代PR才需要服兵役
男方不是中国人的情况
女方是公民吗？女帮男申请PR貌似有点难度。
夫妻 女方给男方申请PR 通过后，男方是需要服兵役的。 因为男方已经被当作是2代PR了。有些年龄太大了就不用服 了。但是如果是20，30岁的话是100%要服兵役的。

Second generation Permanent Residents refer to those who become Singapore Permanent Residents under the sponsorship of another person, for example, their parents or spouse.
First generation Permanent Residents refer to those who can contribute effectively to Singapore immediately upon the grant of Permanent Resident status, for example, those who became Permanent Residents under the Professionals/Technical Personnel and Skilled Workers (PTS) Scheme
女方帮男方申请算二代PR，不相信可以ICA核实。

主要是看年龄的。
最近才听一个朋友说当年他老婆帮他申请PR, 他当时都30多了，被叫去服兵役，appeal了3次才拿到免除信，但信上说随时有可能被Call back。夫妻都是中国人！所以未必中国人就一定不要服兵役。
这个有听过, 也看到过随时被call back的那张纸.
你说是最近那很有可能, 政策一直再变, 以后二代老公PR都必须当兵也有可能.
