1.能否同时报多个小学？
2.是不是先到先得啊？也有人说抽签的。

又仔细看了MOE的内容(如下）。意思是先抽签，如果抽不中。再到另一个有名额的学校，先到先得。对吗。
那第一个报名学校何时有结果呢，25号当天？有点晕，希望有经验的请指点下。
2 Should the number of applications exceed the number of vacancies, priority will be given in the following order to:
(a) Children who are Singapore Citizens
(b) Children who are Singapore Permanent Residents
(c) Children who are not Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
Within each of the above categories, balloting will be conducted if applications exceed the number of vacancies. For
categories (a) and (b), balloting will be conducted according to the order of priority based on the home-school
distance category for Phase 2A to 2C Supplementary. For category (c), balloting will be conducted regardless of
home-school distance.
3 For children who have not been able to obtain a place at their school of choice after the balloting, their parents
can approach another school with remaining vacancies to register. Registration will be done on a first-come-firstserved
basis.
2C和2C SUPPLEMENTARY 阶段只有公民和PR可以报名,比较热门的学校大多是抽签的. 你是PHCASE 3, 也就是AUG 25报名,先到先得,. (FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED),结果26日公布,但通常这个阶段的话, 热门学校肯定是没有名额了,所以无所谓抽签的. http://www.moe.edu.sg/education/ … egistration/phases/

是不是25号一大早就提前排队啊？
建议你过段日子,等2C SUPPLEMENTARY结果出来后给要报名的学校打个电话问一下余下名额有多少吧,心里有个准备. 网上应该也可以看得到的. 因为差一些的邻里小学也有好一些和差一些之分的, 好的相对报名的人也会多一些. 我觉得应该不至于一大早去排队,但我觉得早个半小时应该是要的. 当然如果一个学校有100多个名额的话,我想你就不用担心了.
不要抢热门，热门跟国外的孩子无缘。。。要就抢名额。。。。
上网看一下，剩余名额多的学校前一天去排队吧。。。。呵呵。。。。
我女儿小时候，2B阶段报名，我就是怕MGS要抽签，万一抽不上头就痛，干脆稳稳的报FMSP，那一届2B竟然没满额，抽都不用抽。。。
何苦为了名校去冒险呢。。。。是不是？
今年第三阶段的也要抽签的。26日抽签，然后没抽中的再在26日报其他有空的学校，先到先得。

Registration is conducted at the primary school that you wish your child to be admitted into. The hours of registration are from 8.00 am to 11.00 am and from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm on each scheduled registration day. Parents or a person authorized by the parents in writing (letter of authorization) is to submit the registration form and required documents at the school of choice.
With effect from 2011 Primary One Registration Exercise, balloting will be conducted in Phase 3 if the number of applications exceeds the number of places available at the end of the first day of Phase 3 registration. Balloting will be conducted on Friday, 26 August 2011.

今年三阶段报名时间为8月30日
今年又与去年不一样了，报名一次，如果人数超过要抽签。没有抽中的将由MOE指定一个学校。抽签后一个月后公布。不可以一次不成报两次了。
Phase 3 Registration
Children who are neither Singapore Citizens nor Singapore Permanent Residents may register at the schools directly under Phase 3. The hours of registration are from 8.00 am to 11.00 am and from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm.
Balloting will be conducted in Phase 3 if the number of applications exceeds the number of places available. Balloting will be conducted on the day after Phase 3 registration.
With effect from the 2012 Primary One Registration Exercise, for non Singapore Citizen / Singapore Permanent Resident children who have not been able to obtain a place at their school of choice after the Phase 3 balloting, MOE will post the child to a suitable primary school with vacancy. The posting outcome will be released to the parent a month after the balloting. MOE posting is final and no appeals will be entertained. Schools will also not entertain any walk-in applications.

是啊，但是至少今年对于没有抽中签的孩子来说，MOE会调整一个学校，不用担心没有学校上了，是这个意思吗？
按时报名的不会担心没学上的。总是有收不满的学校。
对于外国人报名的阶段，最早以前是先到先得，就是学校还有些名额，按你报名的顺序给，早去报名的人就能报上，晚去的人报满了没有名额了就只能去其它未满的学校报，依然是先到先得。据说有人提早就排队什么的。当然，不管早晚都得在规定的这天报名时间里报名。
去年改了是报名后进行一次抽签，可能是为了避免大家都去排队，这样就不存在早报晚报的问题了，一天内报名的机会是一样的。报名的第二天抽签，抽签不中的人还跟以前一样去仍有名额的学校，先到先得，所以需要家长在抽签结果出来后立刻赶去别的学校报名。如果不巧可能要跑好几个地方。
今年改的是还是抽一次签，没抽中的教育部统一分配。也就是家长可选择学校的范围进一步缩小了，只能报一次。
不知道教育部为什么这么改，也许想把剩下的学额的情况都归自己管理？因为学校也不能私自接受上门报名的了。
