baby在新加坡顺利及健康地出生了，由于父母都是PR，就开始为她申请了PR。但是目前等PR批复的时间颇长，因此也想同时帮她申请LTSVP，免得经常去ICA续期。填写e-VP的时候，1、FIN我填写是出生纸上的号码，但是总是提示“Invalid FIN”，有谁遇到这样的情况，该怎么办？2、另外baby护照是在中国驻新加坡领事馆签发的，那么*Country of Issue:该填中国还是新加坡？但是如果填写中国的话，*Place of Issue:却没有中国驻新加坡领事馆的选项，又该怎么办，请高人指点啊。拜托了。3、还有，是父亲申请还是母亲申请好呢？母亲生小孩辞掉工作了，*Occupation及Gross Salary又该填写什么呢？母亲没有薪水可以申请到baby的LTSVP吗？
我能回答你其中的一个问题，那个护照的Country of Issue 100%是填写中国。
还不如直接去一趟吧。
你有薪水即可
1，不需要填FIN。NO。 你孩子还没有
2，Country of Issue: singapore
3, 建议用你先生担保，他有收到，将来要提供薪水证明等
问题是先生不在新加坡工作啊，否则直接由先生担保就是的了。就不用折腾的了。
母亲带着baby外出很不方便啊。你的意思是可以由母亲申请，父亲有薪水即可？

母亲没工作，申请很难，而且如果母亲不是自己申请的PR更难。。。。
最好方法， 老公自己回来申请， 申请完，可以走了，等批了，再回来和孩子一起去取
对了， 如果老公不在新加坡工作，更麻烦，需要新加坡3年税单，CPF的SATEMENT，还要有在职证明, 如果这些都没有， 孩子的LTSVP十有八九拿不到。
个人认为：谁赚钱谁申请，即使你在国外，你们有三个孩子，你老婆没有工作，我不认为她能够申请到宝宝的LTSVP。

自己动手，丰衣足食。找ICA是最终的硬道理。

Then what do I fill in the “Occupation” and “Gross month salary” ?Is “Not Economically Active” and “zero”? Yes. You are required to submit your husband’s letter of employment for family income proof. Or the monthly remittance he has made regularly to your bank account in Singapore as proof.
Or, only can the father apply the LTSVP as a sponsor for the baby? Either one of you could sponsor. and must he return Singapore to do it?
Only if we request for submission of documents, he is required to sign on Form 14.
Or, the father apply the LTSVP as a sponsor for the baby in website, and let me to complete the remaining formalities? Is it OK?
The local sponsor need to be seen at least once for the application of LTSVP.

the validity of the travel document;
a valid Visit Pass;
S$30/- visa fee and S$60/- issuance fee ;
10天顺利申请得到AIP，感谢主。总结：是看家庭条件衡量的，母亲也可以申请，即使母亲没有收入或工作，只需要有家庭收入。
不需要啊，我儿子那时候等pr什么都没做，就是等着就行了。没听说要延期白卡:o
申请PR，第一次是3个月的停留期，超过3个月都是要延期的。除非你儿子之前已经申请了LTSVP了。
没有啊，我在这里生的，生完了给了张白卡，然后没有renew就拿pr了。我记得是这样的。期间先办的护照，然后去ica申请的pr.但是好像很快就批了。具体的也记不太清楚了，呵呵，都两年了
sorry,我记错了，我问我老公了，那时候申请Pr后我带孩子回国了。就不需要延期了，然后可能三个月儿子pr下来了。所以对延期白卡没有印象。
