不是10%pecentile都是BBB BCC之类的吗
ACB CSB=20+15+17.5+7.5+2.5+8.75=71.25，如果高华有A1，大概73分左右。应该说，进NTU的中文系问题不大，工程系几乎不太可能，工程学最低的COP也在75左右，更何况你不及格的不是H1而是GP。
NIE是师范，而且你看NIE录取分数线低，是因为最低的专业要求很低，如ARTS（基本上你H2 ARTS A+GP及格，总分65以上就可以进），但是大多数专业，分数线其实也在75左右。而且NIE出来基本只有做老师一条路，在新加坡，这个工作不比国内，很辛苦。
PS： BBB BCC=17.5+17.5+17.5+8.75+7.5+7.5=76.25，比你的分数高一个档次了。
申请的那个300字的under discretionary admission，能写就写吧，no harm
还有，我今天去了NTU open house，the admission officer has said that if your UAS is well above the UAS of last year，you are quite safe actually.But the precondition is you are a PR. SO if you are an international student, things may vary a lot.
我GP很悲剧的申错题了，很悲剧很悲剧，所以最后GP grade也很悲剧，但是4H2，PCME，quite ok.
After listening to the NTU admission officer, my inner tension has been released finally. But unluckily, I cannot apply to any scholarship due to my GP grade.
Anyway, good luck to you! You may try to apply EEE or ME for NTU. For NUS, I have heard that if you fail your GP,you have to get at least 3As for your H2 content subjects in order to be admitted. Maybe can try to apply EE as well since it is the largest department in NUS.

71.25 BCC/B NTU南洋理工 Engineering工程 (71.25 BCC/B) (68.75 CCC/D) 这好像是2011 2010 2009年的录取标准。今年的和这几年的该不会有太大的差别啊
