客厅旁有些空间，想create多1间小房间
HDB准许吗？
绝大多数情况是不会批准的 个案可能会批准，打个比方 需要照顾大小便失禁不能自理的老人或family member 需要再通风点的地方….
不过说实话 又又多少人真的去申请呢？估计申请的也是说没储藏室 想盖个当储藏室….

Need Permit? No
Subject to the following Guidelines/ Conditions
Adequate natural lighting and ventilation must be provided if there is creation of habitable room.
Fire escape route should be direct (for example, from bedroom door to main exit door) and should not pass through another room.
The penetration of power-driven nails or screws, if any, into existing RC structures must not exceed 40 mm.
恩 renovation guideline 上可以查到大部分装修是否需要批准的
不建议搞个太大的房间 尤其是你准备出租出去的话 这个guideline是很subjective的 hdb有最终解释权的
