按照房东的要求一年清洗四次空调,于是和一个 double airconditioning & engineering PTE LTD 的人签的一份简易合约,付了四次清洗的钱。结果就洗过一次,后来再打电话已是空号,公司电话总是没人接听。电话号码是91932188,84541680,公司电话62540168。联系这家公司是因为之前他们在groupon上有广告和促销,难道groupon提供的信息不可靠?真是郁闷。
亲们,碰上这样的情况,改怎么做? 如何向有关部门投诉。。。

有没有更直接的途径,比如国内有消费者协会之类的。。。管管
可以去消协投诉, 但估计没什么用。我一向不赞成签配套, 洗一次付一次钱, 多放心。房东那儿把每次的收据给他就可以了。
