很多银行要开始停止提供legal subsidy了
刚刚收到DBS的短信，星期四之后submit的申请不再享有律师费津贴，火险津贴了。
UOB从上周起，把津贴从贷款中扣除，而非直接抵消律师费用。
还没申请贷款的，动作快点吧。
利息太少了，不补贴你了
那就直接SCB吧，全额补贴
没房可买的人表示没有这方面的烦恼……
SCB也在关注着，可能也要没有了，我收到banker电邮
“In a nutshell, any legal fees and fire insurance subsidies will in future be seen as a cash rebate and incentive, and will be net of the loan quantum that the client is allowed to take. For our bank, we are currently monitoring on this matter and we will advise shortly on the matter.”
