才来新加坡， 租的ＨＤＢ，过年不准备 回来，我亲人想过来玩一趟，再来看看我。我室友回国过年，就空出一间房，刚好可以给我亲人住，室友答应了，我跟房东说了，但房东不愿意，请问这违反新加坡的法律么？
