有些员工可能连护照都被老板扣压，还谈得上什么合同，工资条。人力部应该先问清楚工人是否有护照，合同等，还是被老板扣压？如果有困难或相关文件已经被老板扣压，MOM就应该直接介入找老板了解情况。工人要找MOM，说明已经很无助了，简单的一句NECESSARY DOCUMENTS就打发了，只能增加失落。
至于证明工资有没有发，应该问老板，工人没收到钱，哪里有为没收到的东西出证据的。
