如题，本人拿WP,要和朋友注册公司，但要申请SINGPASS,不知道外国人去哪办理SINGPASS,请知道的同仁告诉我地址，谢谢！
WP工作准证，没有Singpass.
WP 准证，不能在新加坡开公司。
employment pass应该都不可以开公司，楼主如果是WP就更别想了。
如果要开公司你需要转换成EntrePass。
一般来讲wp是不能申请singpass的。

楼主要去上面那个网站查一下自己可不可以申请。如果不行，像上面朋友说的，非pr或公民的话，只能是申请EntrePass或ep/dp/sp才能申请singpass了。
wp可以开公司作shareholder，但是不可以参与公司的营运，因为wp只允许在准证指定的公司工作。
