请教前辈有申请EntrePass的经验吗？材料怎么做？有没有模板？还是要找中介帮忙？ Documents RequiredThese documents and information are required for EntrePass applications:EntrePass application formDownload EntrePass Application formThe proposed company name and address, if the company has yet to be registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.The applicant must fulfil either of these requirements and provide the required documents:Be sponsored by a well-established Singapore-registered company.
The form must be endorsed with the company’s stamp or seal, and signed by the applicant and an authorised officer from the sponsoring company.Alternatively in the absence of a sponsor by a well-established Singapore-registered company, the applicant can furnish a Banker’s Guarantee of $3,000 if the EntrePass application is approved.
The Banker’s Guarantee must be issued by a Singapore-based bank, and it must be presented at the point of issuance.Applicant’s past employment testimonials in EnglishA business plan (not more than 10 pages) with the following:Business Idea
A summary of the proposed business concept.Product or Service OfferedMarket Analysis
The target market in terms of key customers, competition and market growth potential.Market Plan
How the product or service will be marketed or distributed.Operation Plan
The resources needed to run the business.Financial Projections
The projected sales and net profit before tax for three years and break-even point.Management team
The key drivers of the business.Supporting documents
Examples include licensing agreements, product certifications, endorsements etc.For companies/businesses registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority:Company’s latest business profile/instant information.A bank statement, from a Singapore-based company bank account, of at least $50,000.Photograph of the applicant (passport-sized and taken within last three months).Personal particulars page of applicant’s passport/travel document.
