闯红灯被罚了12分。请问这个第一年13分是按照拿到驾照起算，还是买到车后算？应该是前者 对吧？谢谢。
拿驾照算。我拿驾照十多年没买过车。
按驾照算，好奇问一下，哪里的红灯？新加坡基本上，红灯后两秒拍照，一般应该很难被拍上吧？
如果我没记错，闯一次红灯你要是新手驾照的话，直接就等着跪。。。

在从Clementi Ave 6 去PIE的路上的那个还蛮大的路口，是个下坡。第一次走那条路，没看到有路口，速度又快就闯过去了。
当时就想完蛋了，不过没感觉到被拍。

刚收到notice of traffic offence的信让交200块，罚12分。
后面又说：
“you are being offered an opportunity to have the offenses compounded for $200. Any demerit points prescribed for the offence will still be awarded to the driver”
是不是说只罚200块，不扣分了？？？

应该是罚200块 扣12分，
不用上法庭

看信的意思，应该是不扣分了啊。根本没提法庭啊。
另外 在那里看自己还剩的分数啊?
红灯不用上庭， 分肯定要扣的。
查分数 你google 一下 demerit Point 就能找到TP网站的链接了， 用SINGPASS 进去看

不好意思 才看到 不要紧 扣12分。第一年还有1分。
前阵子好像又闯红灯了，在靠近marina bay的一个大路口右转，红箭头，没有车我转了。等通知吧。如果再被扣12分，驾照就要被吊销了。车也要卖了。晕。这边的红灯还真容易闯。
