晚上睡着后，家里进了一个陌生男人，走了一圈然后又离开了。幸好家里刚刚安装了视频监控，可以看到。但是后来想想真怕人。我可以使用法律手段处理这种事件吗？请懂的人，给点意见。

这种属于破门入室了吧，就算没有偷东西，也属于犯法的，你可以报警了，反正有监控可以给警察看。

昨晚回家后发现钥匙怎么也打不开门 于是费了好大的力气才把门给撬开 进去才发现进错了 于是又陌陌的退出

SINGAPORE – Police have arrested a 31-year-old man for allegedly trespassing at a series of houses in the vicinity of Woodlands Drive 14.
The police was first notified on Oct 5 by a home occupant who had noticed the suspect’s presence in their home but the suspect had fled as the occupant shouted for help.
Officers from Jurong Police Division then proceeded to conduct an investigation to establish the identity of the perpetrator.
The officers managed to get an image of the suspect from one of the police cameras at the vicinity and sent it out an appeal to the public for anyone to come forward with any information regarding the suspect. The police were then able to establish the identity of the suspect when the media appeal was successful.
The accused was arrested on Tuesday (Oct 28) for house trespassing and will be charged today. He was believed to be involved in at least 10 similar cases. In some of them, he was believed to have outraged the modesty of the female occupants.
He will be charged in court on Thursday (Oct 30) with house trespassing and outraging the modesty of a woman.
If found guilty of house trespassing, he can be jailed for up to a year and/or fined up to S$3,000. If found guilty of outraging the modesty of a woman, he can be fined and caned and jailed for up to two years
