按照moe的规定，以一公里之内的地址入学的，必须在报名地址住满30个月。
这条规定，如果搬家，新的住址也是一公里之内，也是不允许的，是吗？

没问题啦, 同一所小学, 同样在一公里以内. 你并没有因为搬家而收益. 谁也不会找你麻烦的.
如果有人想的是：现在名校旁租房，如果能进入名校就在旁边买房，如果不能进入名校也不会损失太多钱。MOE的措施也是尽量防止这种情况吧，因为这样做还是会给那一区有房产的家庭带来影响。
新加坡的政策主要是防止一公里挂靠，抽签中了，马上搬家。你都是1公里之内，没有钻这个漏洞，到时问了，解释就可以。
我家女儿小时候是，2公里安德逊，年中报名后抽中了，年底抽中新组屋，1月开学搬家。好在那时没有这个政策。

If this condition is not met, MOE reserves the right to transfer the child to another school with vacancies, as the priority admission to the first school was based on the declared address used for registration.。
如果你的学校是抽签进的，才需要遵守这个规定，而且一公里之内搬家，不觉得有啥问题啊。
政策是最近这1-2年发布的
请注意，政府的规定中并没有提到一公里，只是说一定在报名时呈报的地址上住30个月。即使你的新家也是一公里以内，就是违法政策。具体可看 MOE 小一报名网站。
请问是报名后住30个月，还是上学后住30个月，这有一点不同，中间从报名到上学有12个月时间差，谢谢！
是报名开始算起30个月。 尽管搬家是同一公里，还是受约束的。
报名后30个月。如果没有住满30个月，孩子入学就会被取消资格。
也有房东不续签的，搬家时不要在论坛，wechat上公告。也不要请人暖房。尽量一公里内， 等小二结束就自由了。
30个月的住期要求，从注册时开始计算。没有限定住址是1公里还是2公里，只针对抽签被录取的情况，如果没有经过抽签，不受此条例束缚。
没有说是抽签，只是说因为住得近入学的。

这个问题我在前面的某个帖子里回答过，当时我为此专门打电话给MOE，对方明确回答我：不是经过抽签入学的，不受此条例束缚。我觉得也没必要再争论下去，此条例本身就定得含糊，给MOE很大的决定空间，接线生的专业水平又决定了其回答问题的精准性。
之前的回复都关黑屋子了！ 我还被接线生让我去Ifaq网站上，给我读了一段话，还特别强调是包括， 上面有分1km,1-2km,lastly 2km的。 不说了，大家自己理解吧
换房子要别人知道吗？咬牙要入名校的都会准备好三十个月的房租了。只是有时不得不搬。

能弱弱的问一下，为什么会相差12个月呢？你的意思2010的小孩2016年一月就已经开始报名注册了吗？这么早吗
也就是说，如果30个月之内BTO或者买房的话，就不在此限制范围之内吗？
