请问，如果BTO新房2021年1月(或2020年12月)拿钥匙，孩子2020年1月上学，需要2019年6月报名对吗？
另外，还没拿到钥匙的BTO地址能否用来给孩子报名小学？有没有时限的相关规定？
我们的考虑：
A)如果2021年初拿钥匙的bto新房可以在2019年给孩子报名，就不用提前搬到那边；
B)如果不可以用bto地址报名，我们会安排提前2年搬过去。

Use of a Yet-to-be Completed Property
In the case of a yet-to-be completed HDB flat, the ‘New Flat’ printout from My HDBPage is required. The Delivery Possession Date of the flat has to be within two years of the child’s entry into Primary One.
Parents must undertake and move into the new property within two years of the child’s entry into Primary One.
