我以前是UOB的 固定数字 + FDR 那种 现在2.58
今年一月就过了两年 fixed period了
我刚问了下reprice的 package – 800K
Option A : Fixed Rate Package with 2 Years Lock-in Period(For completed residential properties only with a minimum loan amount of S$100,000)Year 1 : 2.38% FixedYear 2 : 2.38% FixedYear 3 & Thereafter : ML + 1.53% *Mortgage Rate (“ML”) is the Bank’s prevailing UOB MLC Rate_PTE which is currently at 0.85% p.a.

第二个有个Board Rate 不敢选 第一个就是我的2.58 换成 2.38 我算了下么个月省接近100然后要500块的processing fee
想问下达人们 建不建议现在reprice还是等今年开始减息周期 再等等有更好的package
不考虑换银行 嫌麻烦

看好降息的话,就果断拿一个SIBOR, 买的是Spread
手续不繁琐
+1,现在拿的话,拿SIBOR。
再等等,降息已在路上。
