买了HDB可以再买多一个二手EC吗？附近没有什么公寓可以选择。

EC 要交55000吧，还有ABSD.
可以买，买二手ec就等同于买二手公寓，交absd就好
55k是1st timer买了新ec， 2nd timer再买bto和新ec的时候再才要给
那就当成公寓买就行了。这也不是不可以的。交够ABSD即可。
