However, if you do not book a flat in a BTO / Sale of Balance Flats exercise on two occasions when you are given a chance to do so, the following will apply: For First-timer Applicants Your subsequent flat applications in our sales exercises will be placed in the second-timer category for one year. During the one-year period, if you turn down another two chances to book a flat, the one-year period will be extended, i.e. your subsequentapplications will be placed in the second-timer category for one year from the date of your latest flat selection appointment. For Second-timer Applicants You will not be allowed to participate in any of our sales exercises for one year. 等叫你去选房了就去，有就选，没有就算了。2手准备，有好的BTO再去申请。
你号码那么后面如果放弃不算放弃一次FIRST TIMER机会的。安啦。

我看本地人论坛说很多人会放弃，一些是因为单价高。一些可能是觉得海景房会被遮挡。
有些人特别是异族同胞，CASH少点的都会放弃的。所以你安心等HDB叫你去选，如果你真的不介意，选到就买啊。买下来以后卖也行啊。管它几楼，反正市区HDB是稀缺房。
不可能有65%的人放弃的。市区热门BTO一般有20%~30%的人不能选。我听说的CASE是抽到BTO选房时，他自己卖掉的私人屋子不到30个月。
重点是华族的配额基本都是最先用完的。但你也不要自己网上取消，因为你自己取消，就算你放弃一次机会。等到前面华族配额用完之后，HDB会自主取消你的申请。这样对你的二次没有任何影响。
HDB这点很可恶
异族放弃的配额，华族根本用不到，到最后会剩下来的。
但马来族很多喜欢选底层倒是对喜欢高层的华族是个利好的消息。
只能说这些制定游戏规则的精英还真是精明。二次first timer的机会很多陷阱等着你呢。
还有那个更加坑爹的，两个所谓同区不同地点的projects捆绑式销售，逼得多少抽到号码靠后的家庭纠结不已啊。。。
政府画出很多诱人的大饼，想顺利地吃到嘴里，不但是要满足它的各种条件，还需要拼人品啊，呵呵。。。
没办法，政府给了便宜，就要我们付出代价。

以前申请时，还顺便申请HLE。。。靠。。。骗人的。。。。欺骗感情的。
拼的是运气啊。骗人的话，那么多套HDB推出市场卖给谁啊。都是有人买到的呀。太愤青了亲，平常心就好。
我就当买TOTO啊。喜欢的项目买一次，不喜欢就看看热闹。
去买4D吧。。。

俺抽到938号，离922只有16个名额，不知道是不是只有2楼3楼的房子了
我觉得那个地方人气实在不旺，而且附近没有像样的购物中心。还不如很多新镇。
不一定哦，呵呵。。。
你可以按20%放弃来估算，（938X80%）= 750 。看看自己大概能选到多高的屋子。
另外很多本地人喜欢朝向多过楼层。比如：某些坐北朝南的单位，那些没有东西晒的单位，以及那些前面无阻挡，或有风景的单位等等，很快就被前面的人选走。
而那些窗子正对着多层停车场的单位，有西晒，正对着十字路口的单位，以及那些前楼阻挡的低层单位等等，都会留得比较长时间的。
