BTO,来来来看看人家HDB怎么说的,唉,命啊

Dear Sir/Madam  SALE OF FLATS IN JULY 2013 BUILD-TO-ORDER (BTO) EXERCISE  Thank you for your application to buy a 4-room flat at Bukit Merah.  Your application has been balloted with a queue position of 1526. Although your queue position is beyond the 922 units of flats on offer, some of the applicant(s) ahead of you may not book a flat. Thus, there is a chance that you may be ableto book a flat on your selection appointment.  The selection exercise is expected to start from Mid Sep 2013. You will receive the invitation package by post soon. The package will contain the flat list, the sales brochure (if you have opted for a softcopy brochure, you may login to My HDBPageto view the brochure online), the appointment date to book your new home and the list of documents which you will need to bring along. However, if you do not book a flat in a BTO / Sale of Balance Flats exercise on two occasions when you are given a chance to do so, the following will apply:  For First-timer Applicants  Your subsequent flat applications in our sales exercises will be placed in the second-timer category for one year. During the one-year period, if you turn down another two chances to book a flat, the one-year period will be extended, i.e. your subsequentapplications will be placed in the second-timer category for one year from the date of your latest flat selection appointment.  For Second-timer Applicants  You will not be allowed to participate in any of our sales exercises for one year.  For Singles  You will not be allowed to participate in any of our sales exercises under the Singles Scheme (i.e. Singles Singapore Citizen Scheme, Joint Singles Scheme and Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme) for one year.  The above measures are to ensure that applicants are serious when they apply to buy a flat, and the non-genuine applicants do not deprive other applicants of a chance to buy a flat.

统一格式给全部的人添堵,所以不要太当真!

真的有机会的,越到后面越有更多人放弃的!

等叫你去选房了就去,有就选,没有就算了。2手准备,有好的BTO再去申请。
你号码那么后面如果放弃不算放弃一次FIRST TIMER机会的。安啦。

唉,干脆说没有拿到不是更好?

我看本地人论坛说很多人会放弃,一些是因为单价高。一些可能是觉得海景房会被遮挡。
有些人特别是异族同胞,CASH少点的都会放弃的。所以你安心等HDB叫你去选,如果你真的不介意,选到就买啊。买下来以后卖也行啊。管它几楼,反正市区HDB是稀缺房。

不可能有65%的人放弃的。市区热门BTO一般有20%~30%的人不能选。我听说的CASE是抽到BTO选房时,他自己卖掉的私人屋子不到30个月。
重点是华族的配额基本都是最先用完的。但你也不要自己网上取消,因为你自己取消,就算你放弃一次机会。等到前面华族配额用完之后,HDB会自主取消你的申请。这样对你的二次没有任何影响。

HDB这点很可恶

异族放弃的配额,华族根本用不到,到最后会剩下来的。
但马来族很多喜欢选底层倒是对喜欢高层的华族是个利好的消息。

只能说这些制定游戏规则的精英还真是精明。二次first timer的机会很多陷阱等着你呢。
还有那个更加坑爹的,两个所谓同区不同地点的projects捆绑式销售,逼得多少抽到号码靠后的家庭纠结不已啊。。。
政府画出很多诱人的大饼,想顺利地吃到嘴里,不但是要满足它的各种条件,还需要拼人品啊,呵呵。。。

没办法,政府给了便宜,就要我们付出代价。

我不申请很多次了。。。省钱,省时间。
以前申请时,还顺便申请HLE。。。靠。。。骗人的。。。。欺骗感情的。

拼的是运气啊。骗人的话,那么多套HDB推出市场卖给谁啊。都是有人买到的呀。太愤青了亲,平常心就好。
我就当买TOTO啊。喜欢的项目买一次,不喜欢就看看热闹。

去买4D吧。。。

俺抽到938号,离922只有16个名额,不知道是不是只有2楼3楼的房子了

我觉得那个地方人气实在不旺,而且附近没有像样的购物中心。还不如很多新镇。

不一定哦,呵呵。。。
你可以按20%放弃来估算,(938X80%)= 750 。看看自己大概能选到多高的屋子。
另外很多本地人喜欢朝向多过楼层。比如:某些坐北朝南的单位,那些没有东西晒的单位,以及那些前面无阻挡,或有风景的单位等等,很快就被前面的人选走。
而那些窗子正对着多层停车场的单位,有西晒,正对着十字路口的单位,以及那些前楼阻挡的低层单位等等,都会留得比较长时间的。
