如题,很想请教各位:新加坡人讲英语主要是美式发音还是英式发音.R这个音卷舌厉害吗?

谢谢楼上的朋友哦.那你的意思是它更接近英式一点对吗?因为我可能将会去新,虽说那里主要还是华人,不过我想有些场合可能还是要用上英语.所以想心里先有个谱比较好~~~看来我得侧重一下英音了呵呵.

他们的发音很不标准，是singlish，所以你要适应他们的发音还需要时间，但不要去学他们的发音。
Instead of ‘Singlish’, if I might call it SIngapore Vernacular English (SVE) by analogy with AAVE (美国黑人英语) it’s a natural development of English spoken as a second language, at least from a sociolinguistic point of view. It’s pronunciation is neither General American nor Standard Southern British (标准南方英式英语), e.g. Singapore speakers trying to imitate American pronunciation do not pronounce ‘new’ /nu:/ (国际音标注音) but use the British pronunciation instead and say /nju:/ and do the same for words like ‘tune’ /tju:n/ instead of American /tu:n/. Sentence intonation (语句声调) in SVE does not have the rhythm( 韵律) of native English which is stressed-timed. SVE is syllable-timed, i.e. every syllabe (音节) is distinctly pronounced and weak forms (弱音) are generally not used. This phenomenon is attributable to the fact that local languages (including Chinese) are all syllable-timed.
