最近在看房子,可看了几套都是顶楼的, 不知道顶楼是不是会很热, 下雨的话会不会漏水, 房东都说自己的房子是新式的组屋, 上面有阁层的,所以不会有影响的, 不知道是不是这样??

最近在看房子,可看了几套都是顶楼的, 不知道顶楼是不是会很热, 下雨的话会不会漏水, 房东都说自己的房子是新式的组屋, 上面有阁层的,所以不会有影响的, 不知道是不是这样??correct.and also the ceiling is a bit higherand more windy. at the bathroom , it will have less water pipes. just take note on the water pressure if the flat is more than 10-15 year old ,(some may already have booster) water pressure= during busy hour (after office hour , 6-9 pm , when all household start to turn on the tap at the same time to bath, the water may flow slowly, for new flat it should not have this problem anymore)
个人感觉是顶楼会比较热一点
