已经由现在的公司申请到EP，并且已经collect pass了，但是还没有跟现在的公司签订合约，想换个公司，到ica办理change of employer的时候需要现在的公司提供什么吗？有人知道换雇主手续的整个过程么？
就算之前的公司不同意我走，这个新的ep也能顺利办下来？前一个公司给我办的ep刚下来，我还没开始工作呢，觉得他们不会善罢甘休，尽管没有签订任何合同。所以心里很急啊。
MOM网站上是这样说的。有谁办过阿？不需要钱一个公司出具离职证明之类的么？谢谢了！Change of EmployerEmployment Pass holders must apply for a new pass whenever they change employers. There is no need to cancel the existing pass before doing so. Each application made will be considered based on the merits of the case.

你的新公司如果可以帮你申请到EP, 又APPROVED如果你没有合约的, 你可以到新公司上班, 把旧的EP 在那新的之前拿到MOM 去CANCEL.
