不错。那根本就只是一个多国语言翻译件而已，没有什么效力：The IDP is available only at Level 1, AA Centre Head Office and Kung Chong Branch Office.
To apply for an IDP, you need to produce a valid and original Singapore driving licence, NRIC or passport for foreigners and 2 recent passport-sized photographs. The processing fee is $20.00 (non-GST chargeable). You would also need to fill up an application form when you are at our office.
