是不是条件为第一次购房者呀？象我老公与公婆等共享目前的hdb flat，那么婚后另买hdb flat还有这种housing grant吗？

还要看夫妇两人收入水平的。高收入的没有这个Grant拿。
第一次购房者？？那第一次买的是公寓，或者二手组屋… 成为公民后再买新组屋还有没有三万块？？
也算“第一次购政府组屋”嘛，第一次买，不是高收入者，全部拿得到那3万，就是说1，拿得到。2，拿到的钱是30000元。不过，新加坡政府给人民的津贴也不是白白给你的，拿了他的津贴，以后有些事情你就被套住了。
