resale HDB的MOP之前就可以在网上申请BTO了吗？还是必须等MOP5年后才可以开始申请。

没有拿政府津贴的话自己算好时间就可以申请了，只要bto钥匙到手的时候resale满5年就可以了。
意思是：
如果resale HDB 有拿津贴，则必须等MOP后才能网上开始申请BTO；拿钥匙后六个月内，将resale卖出。
如果resale hdb没有拿津贴，则可自己算好时间，随时申请，只要确保BTO 拿钥匙后， resale满了MOP，而且卖出。
是这样吗？
我在8月second appointment的时候问了hdb的Officer，她说要5年的MOP过了才能申请BTO。我们是没有拿津贴和向银行贷款的。

不过她是说要等5年才能申请，等它建好（3年）就是要一共要等8年哦…
我也希望不用这么多年，最好有亲身经历的人来说说就好了

我打电话去hdb问的时候也是答复我两年就能申请了，拿到钥匙满5年就可以了

你问了一个白痴的officer，我去年6月买的resale hdb， 11月开始参加bto抽签，3月的bto中了，7月选房，贷款刚批下来。
算好时间就可以了，住进去bto后，6个月卖掉现在的hdb就可以。
一两个礼拜前吧。。。

HDB网站上没有写这种情况可以买，e测评也说不可以，所以一直以为不可以，看样子HDB的人也有不太懂的，学习了
