Step 2: Put up the Application Form

Submit your request online
Simply login to My HDBPage using your SingPass and look for Application for CPF Housing Top-Up Grant e-Service.
After you have logged in to My HDBPage, the e-Service can be found under “My List of e-Services > A. e-Services accessible through My Flat, My Vehicle and My Business > Others”
Submit your request by Hand Delivery/Post

Attach your application form with the following supporting documents and hand deliver/post them to the Branch managing your flat:
Identity Cards
Marriage Certificate
Income Letters of all persons listed in the application form
