补父母材料
可以看过来，我做了一个表格，按这个填交了估计不会要求补材料
补材料的会要求提供家庭成员的以下信息，你可以先自己准备了提交，以后就不用补了。
Name and Date of Birth(姓名和生日), Relationship(关系), Name and and Addressof Employer(雇主的名字和地址), Employment Period(雇佣期限), Designation(职位),Rank(级别), Job scopes(工作职责范围)，表格中包括以上几项就可以，其他项如果你觉得没必要可以自己删除。
根据坛友wayendai的帖子: (看来大家收到的表格也在变，前段时间写的是Job scopes，现在变Duties了）
表格的名字是detail of family member.
分为以下几栏
name and date of birth
relationship
period of employment from the past till present(in chronological order)
name and address of employer
designation
rank
duties
根据坛友just4u的帖子确认：“rank是军阶等级，无他！ica的职员说的，如果家里没有在军队里服役的就不用填写。”
根据坛友boycn的帖子确认：“The detailed full curriculum vitae of your family members i.e. parents and siblings.” 所以是父母和兄弟姐妹的材料。
