Probation/ Bond Period
Upon signing of this contract, it is expressly agreed that you shall be bonded to serve the company for a period of 18 months and in the event that you are granted Singapore Permanent Resident status by the Government of Singapore, it is expressly agreed that you shall continue serving the Company for a period of 18 months. notwithstanding the above sentence, should the Employee terminate his services any period from the date that he obtained the Singapore Permanent Resident status, he shall refund to the Company a sum of S$20,000 which cover the cost of transportation from the point of hire to Singapore, training, courses and any other costs in relation to his taking up of employment with the Company.
The Company shall at its sole and absolute discretion waive such compensation on grounds of hardship and special circumstances.
** Note: S$200.00 will be deducted from your monthly salary and retained with the company until you complete servicing your bond period. The retention sum shall be released to you upon you fulfill serving the bond period.
这是我的合同里面的，
我现在只做了7个月的工作，毕业收到PR邀请信后现在PR还在办理中，并没有成功。来公司没有收过相关的培训，今天，我辞职不干了，请问需要赔偿违约金吗？（合同里面写的：he shall refund to the Company a sum of S$20,000 which cover the cost of transportation from the point of hire to Singapore, training, courses and any other costs in relation to his taking up of employment with the Company. ）
还有，每个月公司规定要上缴200，合同期满再给我，这个钱，我可以要到吗？
这个月的工资应该昨天发的，现在也没有到帐。
觉得这个合同是霸王条款，不合法。查了新加坡劳工合同法，里面讲中止合同需要提前一个礼拜讲，意思为多做一个礼拜的工即可。
没有任何transportation from the point of hire to Singapore, training, courses 的开销，也没有PR的通知。凭什么给他 S$20,000

重点是上面这两句话是并列的，何解？

那S$200每月的，我没有坐满合同期限，能给我吗？ 这个月工资我去要，态度吊的一比： 一周內通知你。
那200每个月都要交的，已经给了，所以不用再减了～

法律上来说你理亏。。。但是公司估计不会为了这2万去告你，但是你每个月被扣的钱肯定也拿不回来了。。。
