Room Rent Agreement
Mr. A and Mr. B agree that: 甲乙双方同意:
1. Mr. B only sub-rent to Mr. A ONE(1) furnished common room of the condominium “Room 01-01, Blk 1, Singapore road, Singapore 000000”, for a maximum of ONE(1) person. The rental is SGD SIX HUNDRED AND FITTY (SGD$650) per month. Utility bills (water, gas and electricity), wireless internet and digital cable TV(star hub), and other extra fee(include but not limit to Cleaning fee, air-con service fee, etc.) will be shared equally with other tenants who live in the Flat. The rental and other shared bills are payable at the 30/31 of each calendar month (28/29 for Feb.).
Mr. B guarantees the suitability and validity of the sub-rent, which is permitted in the rental agreement between Mr. B and the landload of the Flat.
乙方分租给甲方坐落在“Room 01-01, Blk 1, Singapore road, Singapore 000000”的普通房 壹 间,包括基本家具,只限于甲方本人居住。甲乙双方议定月租金 新加坡元 650 元,水电费和其它相关费用(包括但不限于清洁费,空调维护费等)由所有住户合理分担。租金和水电杂费在每月月底止付。
乙方保证分租行为的合法有效。
2. Mr. A will pay rental deposit: SGD SIX HUNDRED AND FITTY (SGD$650) upon agrees and accepts all the terms of agreement. The rental deposit can be used to offset any payments owing by the tenant or any compensation need to be paid due the damage of furniture by the tenant.
甲方在签署本房屋租赁协议的同时,将支付乙方房租押金新加坡元 650 元。房屋租金可被乙方用来支付甲方没有偿付的相关费用。
3. Mr. A and Mr. B both agree that each ** has the right to terminate the tenancy by giving ONE(1) month written notice in advance. Either ** should notice the other ** at 30/31 (28/29 for Feb.) of the month and giving the other ** one month time to move out/find other tenant. Mr. A will pay the rental of the last month of tenancy, and Mr. B will refund the rental deposit within ONE(1) week time at the end of the tenancy subject receive all keys and bill payment.
4. 甲乙双方同意,双方有权利提前一个月给对方书面通知中止本租赁协议,书面通知在每个月月底发出。甲方将支付最后一个月房租。乙方在收到甲方归还的钥匙和水电费后,在一个星期的时间内归还甲方房屋租金。
Mr. A will show the landlord his/her original ID/Passport/Employment Pass (whichever is applicable) and give the landlord one copy of the documents, according to the Singapore Law and regulation.
根据新加坡法律,甲方在入住是出示省份ZJ(身份证/护照/准证)原件,并给房东复印件一份。
5. Mr. A has responsibility to clean the room he/she occupies and maintain general cleanliness in the common areas. (Include, but not limit to, tidy the living room, shared toilet and kitchen after each use; clean unwashed items in a reasonable time but not leave in the sink for days; make best effect to keep shared toilet clean, rinse shower room, wipe off hair and dry the floor.) Smoking and pets are strictly not allowed. All tenant should have proper and reasonable manner, keep noise to a low level after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekend (unless inform other flat mate in advance and obtain permit by other flat mate) , and always kindly consider other flat mate.
甲方有义务保持租赁房屋的清洁,并维护公共区域的整洁(包括但不限于,在每次使用后,即使清洁厨房,厕所和客厅;在合理的时间内清洗炊具;使用厕所和淋浴后,擦干地板,清理头发) 室内不得吸烟和饲养宠物。租户要考虑他人作息时间。除非事先通知并获得他人许可,工作日10点以后,周末11点以后不的喧哗。

以上仅是单间租房,整套的话最好找个中介,会有合法的合同的

嗯 就是之前没什么事,我也就不太在意合同的事,现在遇上个妖精了,让我这个房东很头大,所以以后就得小心了啊。

单间搭房应该在租期到期日的前一天就退还押金吧。。。。。。
要英文才有效的。
