我住在3楼，2楼是个马来人（男），他说我们管门声音大，于是我们就不关了，除了晚上睡觉的时候关门，可是他还是没完没了的上来骂我们，骂的特别难听，
这几天我们下楼的时候，他看到我们就开门骂我们
谁知道新加坡的法律对辱骂他人有什么惩罚？
因为他经常对我们辱骂，如果被我用相机录下来，交给新加坡警方，警方回对他做出什么惩罚?
报警。。说他们是public nuisance..不过呢。。JC也有很多马来人啊。。不知道他们愿意帮你不。。
