杂费贵！大概贵多少？大概差別就是設計方面，premium的客廳落地窗房間3/4，standard的客廳3/4窗房間1/2窗。兩年前我買的時候地板馬桶等等是算在房價裡面的，只是要裝臥室和廁所的門才出兩三千塊。後來不知道猴年馬月，政府要bto房價看起來漲得慢甚至穩定下來，於是靜悄悄地把premium flat的廁所設施和地板不算在房價裡面，要的話要額外給錢，於是不知不覺的變相把房價漲了一萬多塊，政府官員不愧是精英说的很对啊，去年底吧，一个大巴窑（还是宏茂桥？忘了）的BTO就是开放式厨房设计，你不要这种设计，加那面墙就得加钱。以后不知道会不会整间屋子里除了必要的承重墙，神马都木有，你要有？好，另外加钱吧！果然是‘人人都负担得起’的政府组屋。听了大家的分析，我觉得也是design building,不知道对不对？感谢大家讨论，感谢帮忙！我看了朋友家里的Premium,房间时地板，外面时地转，厕所都装好的，只要做厨房的橱柜。买点家具就可以入住了。还有common room的卫生间不从厨房进，而是在房间那一边premium倒不一定是木地板，我家就都是瓷砖。
不过厕所和三个卧室开门都在走廊，也就是厕所不在厨房里。
房间电线都埋在墙里。普通hdb好像是漏在外面的。
客厅是落地窗，卧室不是。
换句话说就是设计的像公寓，不过还是hdb的质量。优质组屋一般看不见大肠管，都包起来的，电线水管也都是走在墙内，看起来好很多
