想和女朋友在新加坡注册结婚，2人都是S PASS。 请问需要准备那些材料呢，具体去那个机构呀。 还请那位高人指点一二。

听人说是去新加坡一个家ROM的地方呀。网站都给我了，http://app.rom.gov.sg/internet/index.asp
里面都是英文，呵呵，搞晕掉了。 大使馆也是可以注册的呀。谢谢楼上各位的建议。
大使馆多方便呀，ROM又要排期，又要等。。
大使馆吧，但是你必须要有一个人在新加坡呆半年以上。
新加坡的结婚注册局你们不能去，一定要一方是公民或者pr,你们只能去大使馆，也很方便的，交2个人的护照上去就可以了。

Requirements for Filing a Notice of Marriage
NRIC (Identity Card for Singaporean & PR) / Passport (for foreigners)
NRIC (Identity Card) / Passports of 2 witnesses above 21 years of age
A person with a previous marriage is free to marry again only after his/her marriage has been dissolved by death or by a Court of competent jurisdiction.
One of the parties to an intended marriage must have been resident within Singapore for at least 15 days preceding the date of the notice.
An applicant who gives false declaration shall be liable on conviction to a fine or imprisonment up to 3 years or both.
