其实这个不能怪屋主，一切都要按合同来，人好的也许放你一马，不然法律上来讲是你违约在先。如果你想过会提前解约，应该事先把这条写在合同里的。

If never mentioned in the contract then you can negotiate with the owner.
我就不明白了，你们为什么都爱找中介呀，大都是骗子。我租房子都是在网上发帖，从不找中介。只是买房的时候不得以才找的，感谢主，还真碰上个不是骗子的中介。反正对中介没好印象
找房子或房间，不要找中介。他们只要自己赚钱就好，不管他人好坏。
