Please scan a copy of the following documents to us in JPEG/PDF
format and email to idproof@asia.apple.com as soon as possible.
Recent Credit Card/Bank Statement showing card holder
name, address and card number. We do not need to see your
transaction details so please feel free to blackout any non-
relevant information.
Alternatively you can fax these documents to us via our
secure fax 6480 8960 and attention to payment team.
Once the correct documents have been received we will
release your order into processing
You will subsequently receive an Order Confirmation
advising you when you can expect delivery of your goods.

他们想确认你是否是这张信用卡的主人，要求你扫描银行报表(也就是每月会邮寄给你的那张单子)，姓名还有帐号，发送到那个邮箱，或者直接传真过去。
收到确认后，他们会很快确认你的订单。 要尽快哦，要不他们有可能会取消你的订单。。
