想咨询下NUS秋季申请，是否规定要大学4年全部成绩才可以？
我CS申请NUS的School of Computing，但我大四还有课。打电话问小秘说必须要。否则推迟我的申请到春季。
请问有没有同学，只提供了3年的成绩，而且小秘没有拒绝你的申请？
我多次发邮件咨询，但小秘的语气相当强硬：
As informed earlier, your application is incomplete as you have not completed your Bachelor’s degree, it will be automatically deferred to the next Jan 2012 intake for processing.
Please submit your final academic transcript records to us by 1 Sept, which is the the submission deadline for Jan 2012.
We will only process application that has a full academic transcript results, that is with all the exams results indicated, other the application will be deferred to the next intake for processing.
她还引用了官网的原话：
Incomplete applications (e.g. those with insufficient documents or have not satisfactorily completed their requirements for the bachelor’s degree by the stipulated deadline of submission) and applications received after the closing date, will automatically be considered for the next intake.
