请问你知不知道我用红色标出的这个listed occupant是怎么定义的呢？要作为房主吗还是什么？
如果我和父母一起买，就是family nucleus符合了 然后朋友是PR 应该以什么样的形式加入进来？谢谢你不符合这个Criteria。2个SC/PR是必要条件。你的情况不符合。
你是属于那个Non-Citizen Family Scheme的。你作为主申请人，父母作为occupants，要有超过6个月的LTSVP
以下几点要注意：
1. 父母名下有房产的不符合买HDB的条件
2. 父母的收入不计入贷款申请额度，所以你只能凭你一个人的收入贷款
3. 你没到35岁不能拿新出的那个CPF grant谢谢 十分感谢这个是resale flat的，就是二手房，公民和LTSVP父母可以买
不能买新的朋友？？
不能和朋友一起买HDB的。。。PR不可以买。
