这个楼盘倒手这么频繁， 感觉是不是建筑质量或者环境有内伤问题，屋主在抛售 ？
看这价格倒是涨了好多，还有个屋主牛X的很，叫价（只考虑offer 不低于 1180/PSF）。
这个价格，把出租的收益率已经压缩到2%， 太危险， 闪过了。

这个楼盘犀利，艾薇提供的数据里09年最低尺价（估计penthouse）是383，现在是1000+。疯狂的市场哦！

窃以为，如果买公寓自住的话，公寓就该买公寓的地段，买在组屋区的公寓很怪，内部怎么豪华大环境不好也没意思
