我想要Fixed ,怕加息!
利息低也有坏处的,就是怕加息,哈哈
要fix可以选Maybank3年fix吧

我比较过,fix当中,maybank fix 3年, lock in 两年最好,不仅是因为它的rate最低,跟重要的是可以prepay, 你把贷款的tenor拉长些,假如贷款利息超过2.5%,用你cpf存的prepay就好了,我就后悔当时拿了个20年的,应该拿最长的,hohoho
怎么跟我当初一样,即使现在可以refinance了,走的话也要赔2500律师费,唉,你最后拿了哪个?如果你有金额超过3分之一贷款金额的闲钱,拿第一个不错。你算一下,实际付出的利率不是很高,我现在用的就是这个,去年拿的是1.95的利息呢,现在要换,也想换回同样配套,现在利息低一些。其实我觉得1年后2年内不会涨到1.65%,大概1.4左右吧,纯猜测。
我还没换了,我也是考虑拿第一个配套,但它不FIX,利息也不低,怕它加息,你换了吗?
HPR和MR是银行确定的嘛。为什么渣打的人说千万不要选这种减法的利率?
