有没有入籍后回国工作的同学分享下经验据我收集的信息
先办L 签证回国，然后找工作找到后办z 签证, 一年一签5年以后,可以申请中国永居,5年一签（有中国籍配偶）
看着好像简单， 操作起来还蛮琐碎的。现在国内好像办z 签证必须要回他的本国直原住地申请中国的工作签证,有没有办过的人说一下？可以去香港办么? 补充一下， 我劳工保留中国籍+ 新加坡 PR，他已经开始工作了，我现在正在苦苦寻觅中， 现在觉得很麻烦有些头痛。有没有人有在中国开的公司愿意接受我啊，薪水无所谓，哈哈
如果是在中国其他城市，办理过程中他需要出境去办理。
办理工签的程序以及材料如下：
第一步：就业许可申请（11工作日）
1.企业法人营业执照副本复印件，批准证书（外资） 社保登记证（内资）外商投资企业备案登记表 （如果是分公司，还需要提供总公司的营业执照副本复印件和总公司的批准证书复印件）
2.聘用外国人的书面报告申请（详细说明聘用原因，职务，用人单位盖章）
3.企业聘用外国人的聘用意向（副总以上职务董事会决议及2/3以上董事会成员的签字并由公司盖章，同事提供公司章程的复印件）
4.外国人的中文简历
5.外国人的中、英文学历证书或者专业技能资格证书的原件以及翻译件（四年正规本科以上学历原件）
6.外国人的有效护照首页复印件
7.两年以上的工作经验证明，需要前单位盖章，外文需要翻译成中文并加盖翻译公司的公章
8.外国人的健康状况证明复印件（境外中国大使馆制定的体检机构出具）
9.外国人的就业申请表（在申办单位处盖章）一份
10.二寸照片一张
11.委托书
《外国人就业许可证书》自签发之日起6个月有效
第二步：如果人在国外，申请工作邀请函，如果人在国内，可以直接境内变
A。申请工作邀请函（5个工作日）
1.企业营业执照复印件盖章
2.外商来访报告表盖章
3.申请人护照首页复印件
4.就业许可复印件（需要对方提供拟定来华的时间，申请地点，入境地点）
5.如果有家属陪同一起申请工签，需要提供家属的护照首页复印件，亲属关系证明，夫妻是婚姻证明，孩子是出生证明（18岁以下）
工作邀请函申请的是境外的Z签证
B.境内变签（L/F-Z）（5个工作日）
1.护照原件
2.住宿证明复印件
3.2寸彩色照片2张，蓝底或者白底
4.体检原件一份
5.清晰的就业许可证复印件，正反面都要
6.营业执照副本复印件盖章和外资企业批准证书复印页，内资社保登记证复印机那盖章
7.签证、居留许可申请表盖公章
8.境内变签申请公函，加盖公章
境内变做出来的是2个月的居留许可，如果亲属还有15天以上的时间，可以不做这一步，直接做第四步。
第三步：就业证申请（5个工作日）
1.外国人就业许可证（原件）、
2.体检证明原件一份（需出示北京卫生检疫局出具或者确认的健康证明）
3.法人营业执照副本复印件
4.聘用外国人签订的《劳动合同》复印件（如果是外文，需要翻译成中文）加盖公章
5.有效护照正本以及护照和签证页的复印件
6.外国人就业登记表（在申办单位处盖章）一份
7.近期二寸照片二张
8.住宿证明
9.就业证委托书
第四步：居留许可一年申请（5个工作日）
A。首次申请居留许可
1.公司营业执照复印件盖章，外资批准证书，内资社保证书
2.护照原件，住宿证明，照片2张白底
3.签证申请表盖章
4.就业者体检原件一份，配偶体检原件一份
5.家属提供亲属关系证明（结婚证，出生证）
体检如果是境外指定医疗机构需要在北京做确认
B 居留许可延期（5个工作日）
1.企业法人营业执照副本复印件
2.外国人有限护照，住宿证明
3.外国人就业证或者专家证复印机那
4.外国人签证，居留许可申请表（聘用单位盖公章）
5.近期二寸证件照片一张
总之，办中国的工作签证是一件灰常繁琐的事情。。。
除了公司外派回中国，大海龟回国搞科研，拿商务签证在中国做生意，或者非洲那帮黑叔叔在中国出劳务之外，很少有人入了外国国籍，回中国找工作。。。

听说过国内办理工作准证的繁琐. 如果不是很好的机会, 回去感觉外国身份找工作帮助并不大, 现在外国籍身份海龟在各大城市工太多, 外国人都太多. 不稀罕了.
外国人去中国 会加剧本土人的竞争。社会资源被占用。还有没有咖喱吃 ，就不要去中国了吧
所以说回中国机会更多，其实并不是完全正确的，是一句很能误导人的话。
中国机会是多，说这句话的背景其实就是中国人多，所以所谓的商机多，可是人多对找工作并不是个好事，竞争太激烈了。所以机会并不是那么容易落在你的头上的。也许很多人会失望而归。
我已经抱着一定会受虐的态度了，哈哈，可能我平淡的生活太久了， 需要自虐一下
大批人换了国籍想回国的。。。我觉得回国要找好机会再回，不然太盲目了。国内生活成本高，如果不是在自己家那里找工作，租房子什么的烦屎人了！
换了国籍就好好这里呆着嘛。。。打定主意以后要回国的就不要换国籍了吧，折腾人啊。另，公民CPF是不能全拿出来的，不像PR都可以割出来的。想2地都占好处话很难吧。
而且你老公的PR一直挂新加坡也需要一直工作，难道你们2地分居？
我不是为了回国才换国籍的啊。。。。。
本来打算在这边定居的才买房换公民的，最开始注册结婚了先申请的公民
但是世事难料， 刚买了房子，老公就准备回国，我刚准备回国了， 公民就批了。。。至于cpf, 都用来供房子了。
他在国内的薪水比这边的高，发展前途也比较光明。我也就一块回去了， 不过我的方向还没定好, 现在比较懵懂
L 签证不能工作,若回去探亲或找工作,可用L签证回去,要工作必须转Z签证才行. 境内转Z 签证比较麻烦. 或回原来国家(也就是新加坡)转Z签证, 或者去香港转Z. 然后申请工作许可,专家证等,最后申请工作居留证. 需要用人单位帮助申请.

When you guys are moving back to china, think about the life quality i.e., life quality including safety, balanced work, healthy etc, and please lessen the obsessing on the pay only.

The majority will answer “NO”. We may enjoy the well developed social security, first class services and no concern about the safty of intake. How heart-broken and regreted that I was not able to see my beloved grandma for the very last chance? How frustrated that I was not able to be with my families to welcome my new born niece? how depressed that most of high school mates are turning into parenthood, but I am still single? I clearly know nothing is more important than happiness when we come to certain point in our life. Money is surely not on priority. Just like Envytec who started this topic, she goes back to China to follow her husnband. It is a spirit of family oritented- she sacrifies to sustain the marrige and pursuit her happiness.
China living standards at 1st and 2nd ranked cities are by no means lower than Singapore. Take an example, you buy a cloth often priced at about 60s$ in Singapore here asking 1K+ at least, regardless the branding.
RP 2004: I travel to shanghai at least once a month. It is certainly not sure. Only luxuray items sold at sky high price in China due to high import tax. Normal stuff is still cheaper in CHINA. Singapore has no natural resource, how can it produce brummagem? No brand closth priced at 60SGD migh be sold at less than 100rmb in China.
Safety concern is not a small topic. Food, transportation, shelter, even clothing, you name it and I bet you are not dare to comment with danger free…
RP2004: Pls get rid of your weariness, it is not the end of world yet. Cheer up and chill… it is a joruney to the civilization. Is China gvernment making efforts to tactle all the issues? come on, give some credit to the government, it is not easy like a figuretips to manage the giant country!

Often, I see many cases, here in china you are able to draw bigger number of dollars than in Singapore, for example, if you are earning 4K s$, here in shanghai you are able to get 30K without too much effort. Let’s say you are drawing 30K per month here. Aren’t you feeling decent? noble? “high profile”? Nil, sure.
RP2004: Again, you are portraiting an illusion. getting 30k in SHANGHAI without much effort??? As for as I have heard, it is not so. The official study shows the majority of expats in China earn about 20Krmb per month. ( CCTV-NEWS announced）
Here the tax system is more aggressive than Singapore’s – it will mercilessly erodes your hard-earned wages’s big chunk. With this income you are liable to pay about 30% tax at a monthly basis. Minus your social insurance premiums, housing fund, you are about a “pauper”; if you have mortgage on shoulder, bet you are going to be a “begger”…
RP2004：It is true. Taxation in China is crazy. However, we should always look forward and think in a long term perspective. Having overseas explorusre will shine up our CV. You know what those expats that I have made friends with are happily enjoying life in China and no intention to return back to SG. This is called “乐不思蜀“。

Convince me you can overcome all of these issues if you are just working in shanghai but hometowned in another provicen, which in between has about 5 -6 hours flight? let the real cases tell you, even you are still in shanghai, as long as you are working far from hometown, you will definitely get the same feeling without exception.

For the commodities, you may right, and I agree with you as we can enlarge the comsuming scale (of choices) in china whereas less in Singapore. Correct one thing, 60s$ vs. 1000rmb instead of 60s$ vs. 100rmb. They are nothing comparable.

Are these not counted for a bit/big part of your happiness? Otherwise can I assume that you “fled” to Singapore is because of you were trying to shirk the Chinese governing or trustless to it?

Two possibilities could blur your eyes to the fact that 1) you have not yet in the situation; 2) your networks may not reach that level. I do believe you just not put yourself in the situation rather than the reason 2).

有些中介是可以转, 不过可能并不可靠. 我走的正规,香港转.
关键你还没有找到工作,签证的事没必要急. 有很多人持L签证， 在中国当家教等，也没人查，只要L签证有效就行。 若是正式聘用，能聘你的地方，就可以帮你办签证。大公司或大单位应该都可以。聘用外国人比较多的是外教，外企公司等。用人单位都有经验办理各种手续。
拿着外国护照的前中国人在上海捞钱的人太多了。这帮人趁着中国高速发展，回去发展的目的就是捞钱，合法的，非法的，什么澳洲的，加拿大的，美国，新加坡的，香港的，数不胜数。这帮人还不受计划生育政策限制，拿着中国政府及所在公司给予的优厚福利，在上海多生孩子，不亦乐乎，当然孩子都是外国的。捞足了钱，或哪天中国歇菜了，或大乱了，就找个福利待遇超好的国家养老。与中国ZF滩关的路子一样。
我认识的一个家伙，做一美国公司亚洲总裁的，在上海呆了20年吧，除了工资年薪几百万以外，估计能从供应商那里捞了几个亿人民币吧。
所以，在中国呆着，从海外回去的，一定要做外国人，那才是最爽的。谁叫咱对外国人格外地好呢，那ZF对外国人那可真是宾至如归呀。
