然后要写name date of birth , relationship, period of employment from the past till present(In chronological order), name and address of employer, designation, rank, duties
这个RANK是填什么东西啊？？？这些该怎么填呢？

不用填RANK~,RANK适用于父母是军人的，那时候就是填父母的军衔等级！designation就是父母职称，工程师啊什么的，duties就是父母工作负责什么东西的
