如题。今年不同往年，DSA被学校录取了，PSLE成绩出来了也不可以换学校了？孩子同学的妈妈告诉我，这个是考前家长会时说的，（不过我怎么没听到呢）。
还听说，今年考题简单，老师评卷特别严，阅读理解里的错字都要扣分。。。。。。
大家听说了吗？

只有华中和RGS…
假设你孩子被A校的DSA录取了，PSLE下来后想换去有DSA考试的校，有两种情况：
1. 你如果没有参加B校的DSA考试，而且没有录取申请书，只能拿着孩子的PSLE的成绩去参加B校的phase 2招生。
2. 你孩子PSLE成绩突出，外加一些其他成绩，比如CCA特长，各个竞赛金奖等，也可能会被B校直接破格录取。但强调B校跟A校不是一水准的，比如从RI转去DHS。但是你要是从RI转去HCI的话，可能人家会问你为什么。
以上是我的猜想。。。
就2 个学校？不是所有的学校阿。。。
目前只有这两所学校表明了这个态度。hci是在家长会时由校长亲自说明的，rgs则是发电邮给家长间接地提到了学校今年可能不会接受appeal。
今年的要求确实如此吧！但不知道以往的要求是什么，还是万事都有例外。
我一个朋友的女儿（本地人）在经过痛苦的煎熬后，终于放弃了德明的CO，因为她立志进南洋。
当然，她平时的成绩也很好，都是名小前几名的，这次立志考取270+
我很佩服她的勇气，更佩服她父母的开明，所有的决定权都放给女儿，并且表示：就算马失前蹄（基本不可能），进入普通中学也无妨。因为还可以在o水准中再拼一次！
这个女孩真不错，有志气，有勇气，还有实力。去年我儿子的一位同学也是这样，不顾父母亲的强烈反对放弃了南洋的CO，最终以270+的成绩考入RGS.
关于DSA Appeal，其实教育部多年前就表明了态度：不鼓励也不赞成Appeal！然而，各大名校为了争夺尖子生，在教育部的默许下私底下开了个口子，结果把DSA Appeal变成了“一个不成文的惯例”。近几年PSLE放榜后Appeal的情况愈演愈烈，早已违背了各名校的初衷，造成了管理上的混乱，间接伤害了一些名校的“利益”。物极必反，去年英华自主的“小动作”，今年华中和莱佛士女中的“声明”似乎证明了这个道理。
值得注意的是，华中和莱佛士女中并没有把话说的太绝，还是留给了家长们一丝想象的空间。。。

好像是moe统一规定，而且早在今年3月就发给各校了，我儿子学校说了，今天问了几个平时比较熟悉的其他学校的家长，他们也说学校都给了通知了，看来这事似乎是板上钉钉了。

这就有点奇怪了。教育部三月份发出的通知，可莱佛士书院在儿童节前夕（九月份）还发贺卡给那些拿到WL的孩子，提醒他们如果万一没被莱佛士录取，还可以参加”Supplementary Intake Excise”。。。
这就不是很明白了，据孩子几个同学的家长讲，3月份DSA开始之前给家长开的会上，就明确说今年DSA不允许换校，大家都这样讲，所以就是肯定是我没听到这么重要的消息，这家长会我算是白去了。
今年的appeal的政策确实有可能改变。
RI和RGS的Supplementary Intake Excise的网页都撤掉了，说11月中旬会出新通知。
如果这样，我女儿算是赶上最后一趟车了。
你老好运。其实我儿子这一年，在小一的时候就是第一届缩减招生，当初我儿子的学校中签比例前一年还是80%多，到了我们抽签，一下子中签率就降到50%，当时搞得我还紧张了一小把。年初时，就听过今年的各个中学也要缩减招生，我这心里又开始丁丁当当的敲了起来。不过后来看到DSA的名额没比去年少，这才小小的松了口气。
励志的故事，佩服女孩子的志向，冒险成功了。
但是我个人不鼓励这样，任何事都存在着变数。尤其是好学生，一定要有个托底的学校，不然发生意外会摔得很重的。
如故事里的小女孩，“平时的成绩也很好，都是名小前几名的，这次立志考取270+”，“就算马失前蹄（基本不可能）”，这样貌似品学兼优的好学生，为什么失手了南洋女中的DSA，成绩这样优异还勇气可嘉又何必面对放弃德明这样的2流学校还会痛苦抉择，可见事情发展的变数还是很高的。凭一次考试定胜负，其中的变数更高。这个女孩是成功了，要是不成功呢，这个故事就不是励志了，是惨痛的教训了。
另外，一般报DSA都会报比孩子真正实力高一点的学校
我个人主张学习要游刃有余，记得以前有句话：老师要给学生一杯水，自己要有一桶水。这一桶水除去一杯水以外的水就是用来应付变数的。这样才能保证不会有太大的变数。
RGS的相关网页的确是撤掉了，可RI的还在啊。

Supplementary Intake for Primary 6 Students into Year 1 2012
The Supplementary Intake Exercise for Primary 6 students will be held from 24 November 2011 to 22 December 2011. This exercise is open to students who were unsuccessful in the Direct School Admissions Exercise or who are not posted to Raffles Institution under the Central Posting Exercise.
Please Read This Before You Proceed:
Application is open from 24 November 2011 at 12 noon to 22 December 2011 at 2pm.Please proceed to Raffles Institution Administration Office during office hours (Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 5.00pm) to fill up the Supplementary Intake form along with the payment of application fee ($20, non refundable). The RI Administration Front Office will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Entrance to RI Administration Office would be via Gate 3, only.
Step 1 : Application Form and Application Fee Please proceed to Raffles Institution Administration Office to get a copy of the Supplementary Intake form. The application fee of S$20 can be made in cash or cheque (crossed and made payable to “Raffles Institution”).
Step 2 : Submission of Supporting Documents Please take note of your category below and complete the application process by submitting the supporting documents: For applicants who have applied through the Direct School Admissions (DSA) 2011:

Please fill in page 1 of the application form only.
Supporting documents to be submitted must include the following :-Photocopy of Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) aggregate.Any additional updates of records of CCA achievements, additional qualifications, awards, scholarships. If there are no updates of these supporting documents since the period of your DSA application, there will be no need for additional submission.
For applicants who have not applied through the Direct School Admissions (DSA) 2011:

Please fill in the entire application form. Supporting documents to be submitted must include the following :-
Photocopy of Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) aggregate.Photocopies of Primary 4, Primary 5 and Primary 6 results from the report card.Records of CCA achievements, additional qualifications (highest level required only), awards, scholarshipsResults obtained in overseas schools (including translation if not in English) for students who were not in local Singapore schools for the past 2 years or part thereof.
If you are opting to offer Higher Chinese Language, Higher Malay Language or Higher Tamil Language, please attach a copy of the Letter of Eligibility issued to you by the Ministry of Education. If you are exempted from taking a Mother Tongue Language, please attach a letter of exemption issued by the Ministry of Education. If you have been offered admission to another school via DSA or via Central Posting Exercise, please provide a photocopy of the secondary school posting letter.
Step 3 : General Ability Test Shortlisted applicants will be contacted by 22 December 2011. DSA applicants:- Those who have previously applied for Direct School Admission (DSA) and sat with Raffles Institution for the GAT in 2011 need not sit for the GAT again. If you did not sit for the GAT during the DSA application period, You are required to sit for the GAT on: 23 December 2011 9am Non- DSA applicants:- Only shortlisted applicant will be required to sit for the GAT on 23 December 2011 9am The GAT fee is $60.00 (inclusive of GST) for each candidate. The GAT application fee can be made in cash or cheque (crossed and made payable to “Raffles Institution”).
Step 4 : Application Outcome All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application in writing by 28 December 2011
Please note that :- Detailed results of the GAT, if any, will not be released;The school reserves the right not to release the results of the supplementary intake or the reasons for non-selection; andApplication outcome will be notified through formal writing or through a phone call on a case by case basis.
Year 1 Registration Day Pending the outcome and/or offer of admission, all applicants will be required to report to the school that they are posted to by the Ministry of Education on Year 1 Registration Day (22, December 2011). Raffles Institution will assist to facilitate the transfer process if the applicant is eventually successful.

我觉得ri有足够的自信吸引那些psle分高的学生来报名。

以后选DSA时真的要有魄力和坚定的信念了，并且不准后悔，否则中学四年怎么过啊？

现在结果出来了：273，全校第一名！如愿以偿，踏进南洋！
我女儿坚决要进南洋，放弃RGS的CO，接受了南洋的CO。现在成绩出来，269，我即使心里还是有一丝不舍RGS，但因为教育部的这个政策，也不会去appeal，反倒省得煎熬了！更免得跟女儿干仗
学校都很好，心放开就好，孩子自己选的学校，必定有向心力跟荣誉感产生，中学成绩自然也会很好的。。。
你的孩子真棒，不像我这个,就巴望他能考个让我可以appeal的成绩，还考不出来，只好安静的，乖乖的被DSA了。。。哈。。。。
其实，一考定终生很不公平的！DSA倒是相对公正。
我女儿学校那个向来第一名的印度学生，这次只考了258，进不了自己心仪的学校。
但其实，只要不是天差地别，这些学校的学生最终的前途根本是相差无几的！

Transfer of DSA-Sec Students
According to a new directive by MOE, students who have accepted DSA offers from other schools are not allowed to apply for transfers after the announcement of the PSLE results, unless there are exceptional circumstances. An example of an exceptional case would be permanent injury, resulting in the student being unable to fulfill their commitment to the DSA school they have accepted, and therefore have to seek school placement elsewhere.
DSA students who have strong reasons to seek an appeal to RGS may fill up this form. Please print out, complete the form, and send it via email to [email protected], or deliver by hand to the General Office by Thu 22 Dec, 2pm. Please note that this appeal will be subject to MOE approval.
南洋女中的态度：
“DSA students who have submitted their school option should honour their DSA acceptance – as significant resources and effort have been put in the whole DSA exercise. Transfer request of DSA cases based solely on PSLE results are strongly discouraged. However, our school will consider DSA appeal cases with extenuating factors (eg: a DSA student who is unable to fulfil her commitment to the DSA school CCA due to a permanent leg injury, after accepting the DSA offer).
for your information, our appeal exercise starts on 24 Nov 12noon and ends on 23 Dec 5pm. Appeal form is available on our school website during the said period.”
华侨中学给一位家长的回信：
“if a child has already accepted a DSA offer from ACS (I) – there is no chance for an appeal according to MOE regulations.”
现在只剩下大佬莱佛士书院还未表态。。。
年年政策不一样呀, 不知道这个政策是就今年, 还是从今年以后, 就都这样了.
关注中。。。。。。
倒觉得这算是正面的事情。希望政策能够稳定下来。
GEP学生的PSLE成绩都会在260以上吧
